Our main businesses include interior design and renovation project management. We provide professional design concept and project monitoring service to various clients and to make sure that they will have a satisfied living/working environment on schedule.

Our company will provide a series of design services to facilitate clients in planning their actual requirement as well as budget before the project start:


  • To discuss with clients about their requirement and to prepare a layout plan which incorporate their needs.

  • To conduct on-site measurement to make sure the accuracy of the layout plan.

  • To provide both 2-D as well as 3-D layout plans to clients for reference and easy-refining.

  • To provide detail project budget estimation.

  • To represent the clients to co-ordinate with specified contractors and arrange related quotation and working schedule.

  • To submit related plans and schedule to management company for approval.

  • To co-ordinate various components of the project to make sure that it is within agreed schedule.

  • After sale service.

主要業務為室內設計及工程管理，為客戶提供專業之設計概念及工程監管，使不同的客戶能在預期內完成有關之工程並可擁有一個附合要求的工作、生活環境。

為方便客戶在工程前計劃各方面之實際要求及費用預算，本公司將提供一系列之設計服務：



  • 與客戶商討有關之要求，以便規劃出配合要求之平面設計圖。


  • 安排到施工地點實位量度單位之尺寸，以確保設計圖之準確性。


  • 提供平面設計圖及立體設計圖予客戶以作參考及修改。


  • 提供工程費用預算予客戶。


  • 為客戶與大廈之指定承建商聯絡及安排其報價及工作程序。


  • 施工前呈交設計圖予有關管理公司以作批核。


  • 施工期間安排各項工程以確保施工期能準時完成。


  • 工程完成後之跟進工作。
